Terms of Use

License and acceptable use

The provider grants a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use PULSE//RUN on supported devices under the applicable store rules. Players may not interfere with services, exploit purchase or advertising systems, automate gameplay, redistribute protected assets or reverse engineer the game where prohibited.

Virtual items

Diamonds and unlocked worlds or cores are virtual game content with no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the game. Local progress may be lost if app data is cleared. Consumable virtual currency is not generally restorable by Apple or Google.

Purchases and subscriptions

The current launch version does not offer paid products or subscriptions. If paid products are introduced later, Apple or Google will process them under the player's store agreement and these terms will be updated before they become available.

Availability and changes

The game is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, balancing and online providers may change. The provider may correct errors, protect the in-game economy and respond to abusive use to the extent permitted by law.

Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss, local progress lost through device removal or unsupported modification, or outages outside its reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
